I first tried their products in one of their stores on Leicester and i was amazed with what i was tasting. I hadn't drunk a best hot chocolate and tea in my life! So i took many of their products but it turned out that they had nothing to do with the products i tasted in their shop. They flavors were weak and the quality disappointing. I wouldn't buy again.

I wouldn't use this company again as the company simply can't be trusted to fulfill it's orders. I ordered a gift hamper online on 29th November and had confirmation of my order, then on 10th Dec received an e-mail telling me my order was out of stock, just around the time I was expecting the order to be delivered. I had particularly ordered early to take account of possible delays as a result of covid, and I am now left with little time to get a replacement gift. Although they apologised and offered £20 off my next order, how can I ever be sure that the same thing won't happen again?

Their tea is excellent. Their delivery service is also very good. I ordered on Friday (standard delivery) and received the order on Wednesday, earlier than expected. I would recommend.

Really good delivery service it said 3-5 working days I got mine in 2 days,I have orange loose tea for me and got duchess Earl grey for my brother in law and they taste really great ??????

Absolutely LOVE Whittard's loose leaf tea and hot chocolate. Amazing to learn about the different types of tea leaves and the right temperatures they should be brewed in.

I have purchased 14 teas in the last 12 months. Green, White,Black.Every one is excellent and no complaints whatsoever Also their shortbread is lovely.Excellent customer care and best tea by far in comparison to other companies

I can't thank Imogen at Whittards of Chelsea enough for my recent order.Unfortunately my order of 6 Nova Glass mugs was thrown over the gate by the delivery driver! I contacted Imogen who kindly agreed to exchange them for me as they are for a gift. Just had an email to say they will be delivered tomorrow.Outstanding customer service!Thankyou

I got two “English fruits” instant tea without any BB date on the item. I have forwarded pictures in an email and got refunded without any hesitation. Great costumer service and will buy again from them.

Awful service. Can’t comment on the product as I haven’t even received it! Ordered just after Christmas and finally got an email around 3 weeks later saying it was on its way. However, every time I tracked my order the delivery company said they hadn’t even received it yet themselves. After giving it another week or so I used the online chat through Whittard’s for them to tell me my order was lost in transit. They asked me if I would like a refund or my order to be sent out again. After I replied I had to wait 15 mins for them to get back to me on whilst sitting on the online chat. Issue was resolved but a waste of time. Could had harvested the tea myself by the time I eventually get my order. Wouldn’t recommend ordering online. If you can I would go directly to the shop.

I queried a discount that I thought I was due at the end of November with imogen, who I got through to via customer services. She explained that it wasn't valid at the time, but she would go through to their website services to see what she could do.I just forgot about it, as most companies don't carry through with these sort of concerns. To my amazement, I got an email today, from imogen, to say she could honour a discount for a future purchase, 6 weeks after my query!!What fantastic customer service is that!! It's so rare that I just had to post this review.Imogen deserves the highest accolade, just amazing service, she is what we need in customer services, all about the customer!!I will now use whittard in the future, knowing they have such fantastic staff like imogen, who put the customer first. Well done!!

The customer service was actually quite poor. Calls are either not answered, or you go into the holding queue and then get cut off after 20 minutes. The dispatch time was substandard. Having placed an order in plenty of time for arrival to post on to my mother who lives abroad, I ended up without part of her gift being sent as it was not dispatched in time. When you order something with 3 to 7 days for delivery, you don't expect to have to factor in an extra week for the company to dispatch it beforehand. Hence the low stars. If they'd said, for example, 21 days for delivery that would have given me an idea of what to expect. I ordered on December 3rd, the package was not dispatched until the 10th and finally arrived on the 19th.The items themselves were very good and they were well presented and packaged.Only after involving PayPal did anyone from customer service bother to reply to my email.

Avoid this company like the plague. I placed an order with them at the beginning of December having never used them before. Website and products looked good. The intention was for the 2 items purchased to be used for Christmas presents. We are now 2 days away from Christmas, and the business premises where the parcel is to be delivered closes today until January. I contacted customer services and told them this and they said the items would be delivered today, however Yodel haven't even collected the items as yet. This means now that the products will be held 'somewhere' until the middle of January. I will be cancelling the order and making a claim with my bank for none delivery of items. Appalling company and I will NEVER give them my money again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - AVOID AVOID AVOID - terrible company.

Absolutely no customer service ever! Avoids simple questions and very poor service in regards of delivery. Cancel my order!
